Job Profile:
Responsible for Blade QA activities across three plants & all India project sites.
Responsible for Blade QA activities for mould making processes.
Development of new Vendor/ Material:
Owner of Blade material specification.

Visited Beijing, China for one week in the month of Nov. 09 to attend Wind fair conference & Exhibition.

Visited Dusseldorf, Germany for one week in the month of Dec. 2010 to attend Wind Turbine Blade manufacturer's conference.

Key Achievements:
2001: Provided innovative ideas & worked closely with technical team finally implemented to strengthen lightening profile arrestor. Taken independent charge to lead the team of Blade QA in one of the production unit at Daman.
2002: Represented EIL Blade QA team in global QA meet at Turkey to discuss & frame new quality systems includes inspection of Rotor Blades by using Travelling Camera & finally implementing the same in Blade manufacturing processes at all the plants & service sites.
2003: Actively involved in the process of implementing Blade shop approval by GL as per Germanisher Lloyd rules & guidelines. Involved as a team member to implement SAP QM module. Involved as a team member to facilitate Rotor Blade service activities at location itself.
2004: Leading the team of EIL consisting of 18 members (production & QA) to get trainee on VARIM technology at Enercon GmbH & finally transferring the technology in terms of production & quality systems of Rotor Blade at EIL, Daman plants.
2005: Designed an in-house statistical tool named “Bade Quality Rating” to monitor & improve Quality of Rotor Blade and finally implemented the same at all production units. Got additional responsibility to develop Blade Service facility in terms of building team, providing training & executing the activities at Chitradurga, Karnataka.
2006: Added responsibility to handle one more plants having bigger capacity to produce 4 numbers E-53 Rotor Blades / day. Developed Blade QA lab & performed test to confirm the quality of rotor blade process at various stages.
2007: Actively involved as a team member to identify & develop new source of Blade materials. Active participation in Six Sigma drives.
2008: Added responsibility to handle one more plant & headed Blade QA In-process & Final inspection activities.
2009: Added responsibility to lead the activities to produce in-house FRP moulds in terms of qualifying major raw materials, standardizing processes, preparation of documents (manufacturing records, work instructions) etc. Also added responsibility to lead RBC (Rotor Blade Care) activities at all India projects & installations, which covers audit, training & demonstrations on rotor blade storage & handling.
2010: Represented organization in Six Sigma case study & presentation contest organized by “Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore” & got special award in renewable  energy sector.
2011: Nominated as a team leader to conduct TYPE TEST OF E-53 ROTOR BLADE at Denmark.
2012: Got additional responsibilities to handle one more function of Blade QA, i.e Incoming material Inspection & new material/vendor developments.
2013: Developed Blade Type Test (only static) facility & conducted test of WW-53 Blade at Daman plant.
2014: Develop the set up to conduct Natural frequency of WW-53 blades at regular intervals.
2015: Nominated as a team member to evaluate the performance & condition monitoring of rotor blades, those were completed 20 years & to further extend the same
