In JBM Auto System was Responsible for 6 HPS lines (400 T – 1000 total 28 Presses) Delivering 175000 strokes per day And 2 LPS lines (110 T – 200 T Total 8 Presses) delivering 60000 strokes per day.
Job Profile:
Responsibilities includes Achieving 235 K strokes daily, Dies & Tools Development & Die maintenance of over 1100 car sheet metal panel tooling for three different model cars
Played major role in New model Dies Buy-offs at China for Ford Eco-sport model and launch
Responsible for die maintenance of over 1100 car panel stamping dies. Robot welding fixtures manual welding fixtures.
