Manufacturing:
Mapping processed like PMDS (Product Manufacturing Data Sheet); PDS formation (Product Data sheet); Quality Assurance parameters like client requirement with respect to actual output; training to Engineers, Supervisors and Workmen; Online Process Checking; Physical Product Parameter Maintaining and finally Packing & Dispatches as per customers required date and destinations. 
Maintaining cost of Product by ensuring cost control of variables like labour, power, input, yield-wastage control and fixed cost control by enhancing output to its maximum capacity.
Maintaining production reports for its traceability for customer complaint and status, reporting to Top Management on a daily & monthly basis to ensure budgeted cost of product and expenses.
Managing men, machines, materials and processed to optimum level and striving for lowest manufacturing cost.
Ensuring continuous process improvements. 
Handling logistics with transporters, local vehicles and for timely deliveries.
Stores: engineering and finish good stores management by ensuring proper receipts, issues, stock maintaining, storage, status like excise duty register maintaining and monthly returns to Government Excise Dept on periodic basis followed by Central Excise Department and handling Audits.

Procurement / Purchasing:
Ensuring procurement of inputs raw materials like polymers, machine spares electrical & mechanical, consumables, packing materials, etc. 
Successfully implementing the SAP - MM module in manufacturing unit as a core team member along with SD and FICO Modules.
Performing vendor rating and analysis, managing new vendor development and ensuring job work at vendor’s place.
Successfully implementing ISO 9000-2001 System in Manufacturing, Procurement, Maintenance, QA and other departments and faced repeated surveillance and re-certification audits for repeated years. 

Project Implementation:
Implementing 6 Projects vide Conceiving Project, Studying its techno-economy, obtaining approvals from Top Management, implementing - Preparing PERT, placing people at place and technical procurement like machines, ancillaries, electrical, financials, day to day follow-up, cost implications, erecting and its commissioning on targeted time and with budget. 
Giving commercial production/output and handing over to user department, enlisting SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and Maintenance Schedule for whole project processes.
