Significant Achievements
Was involved in project for converting extrusion of foaming process of polyethylene foam by LPG gas or Butane Gas or Propane Gas instead of CFC gas in Camphor & Allied product ltd.
Took up the project of manufacturing of ABS sheet according to Samsonite specification and established 90 ton production capacity in Tainwala chemical and Plastics, Silvassa
Produced flat sheet of Polypropylene from 10mm to 30mm and defined the process to produce in Tainwala chemical & plastic, Silvassa.
Brought the wastage level down to 3 % from 15 % in Tainwala Chemical & plastic.
Took up the project to develop sheet for the playing card, cooling tower sheet and garment packing in Neelkamal Synfab Limited, Kalol.
Developed Corrugated pipe from EVA & PVC. Re-design the die for extrusion of corrugated pipe in Sagar polymer Daman.
Successfully completed the project of Production of PVC pipe and installed laboratory equipment in Polyflair PTY Ltd, Durban
