Job Description

Overall Production Planning for All Bag Making units including printing and bale making as per monthly production targets.
To organize Input in coordination with planning & logistic department as per monthly production targets
Implementation of shop floor production planning of all units.
To take care of per kg manpower utilization as per approved man-days provided by HR department
To properly plan and monitor results
To develop atmosphere for good working environment and offering information and opinions
To motivate and effectively manage contractors
To fix targets for various operations of Bag Making.
To verify Production ability of bag during product development stage.
To ensure safety of employees by educating them on safety parameters
To Coordinate with various internal teams for better performance

Required Competencies
Technical Knowledge about FIBC
5 -7 years in the position of GM in a mid-sized / large Company into FIBC function
Candidate should be smart and articulate with good presentation skill
Candidates should able to give training to its team on technical specification of bags.
Minimum 5 years of experience in same manufacturing environment preferred
Understanding of ERP system and Microsoft Office products; strong computer skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems.
Demonstrate personal time management skills.
Set the example by actively contributing to department and company goals.
