Job Description

1. To prepare monthly production plan of the forgoing product on basis of requirement i.e. Identifying the total no of products of each category, to be made during the period &show in weekly production plan
2. To ensure that the appropriate materials of requisite quantity is available for feeding the production line
3. To analysis daily production reports.
4. To check BOM and Routing for new projects.
5. Planning and organizing for the coming future projects or work orders.
6. Reviewing and analysing all factory-wide Machine Capacities with respect to Annual Business Plan and coming up with Action Plans.
7. Ensuring that demands of the Customer Base are met within defined parameters through increasing Factory flexibility.
8. Control all activities related to Subcontracting (job worker).
9. Coordinating production readiness for implementation of new products and product transfers. Establishing and maintaining the schedule for new product introduction.
10. Accountable for meeting the daily production targets of each section.
11. Maintain the productivity as per norms (per worker output targets).
12. Accountable for maintaining the WIP below the agreed level.
13. Ensuring the un-interrupted assembly lines of all product range with desired efficiencies
14. Over all improving efficiencies & reducing cost of operations through planning, Monitoring & control
