Job Description

To analyze and report to senior management any feedback on future product movement
To keep current order position (COP) updated on daily basis
To ensure monitoring and maintaining of the pending orders and dispatch position on daily basis
To ensure updation of dispatch data feeding in buyer’s SAP
To co-ordinate and ensure safe and timely delivery of dispatches
To analyze post dispatch transit damages, shortage claims and delays in delivery
To identify, negotiate and finalize logistic service providers
Ensure preparation and implementation of production plan on daily, weekly, monthly basis
Ensure availability of daily production plan on the shop floor
Verify the completion of daily production target leading to weekly targets
Continuously work for strategic expansion of the business.
Review profit and loss information to determine long-term plans
