Phase-1: Recruitment & Induction:
Successful running of the entire end to end recruitment and starts from joining formalities to issuing offer letter and Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, termination letter.
Conducting on boarding procedure.
Conducting orientation sessions for newly selected employees and helping them to complete their formalities. Supervising the induction of new recruits into the organization
