Job profile -
Develops working knowledge of all process areas including process flow, operator responsibility, major quality attributes and areas for improvement.
Provide complete documentation of inspection results relative to area of responsibility. Supporting inspection and test status requirements defined by regulations, engineering product specifications or Control Plans.
Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
To plan and conduct quality system audit at suppliers in regular interval to maintain the quality system.
Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) Visit the suppliers & take actions against the issue found during incoming inspection or the supplier quality concerns highlighted by the plant quality.
Responsible for sending the supplier quality rating (S.Q.R), line return PPM & lot rejection rate of every supplier on defined frequency.
Customer returns (rejection at vendor’s end) and circulates NC reports to concerned.

Monitoring & Responsible for IQC, LQC, OQC stages.
