Job Description

We are looking for Assistant Manager Loom Weaving.

He will be responsible to -
1.Production Planning & Implementation for Weaving (Circular looms) production as per monthly
production targets.
2.To take care of per kg manpower utilization as per approved man-days provided by HR department.
3.To monitor daily production reports, inventory and wastage reports.
4.To solve employee grievances.
5.To ensure safety of employees by educating them on safety parameters.
6.To increase management effectiveness by training, coaching, counseling & disciplining supervisor and operators.
7.To develop atmosphere for good working environment and offering information and opinions.
8.To maintain production system as per ISO standards.
9.Ensuring quality of fabric meets internal standards.
10.Ensuring the conduction of food safety management system is established, implemented, maintained and operated as per the ISO 22000-2005 standard and BRC global standards.
11.To report to the organizations top management on the effectiveness and suitability of the management system.
12.Review request to change FSMS / BRC- related procedures and work instructions and direct the
Food Safety Team through such reviews.

Qualification - BE(Mechanical/Electrical) /DME/CIPET (Diploma in Plastic Technology
