Job Description

To secure product quality by training Checkers team on shop floor to identify any issues.
To train team of supervisors so they understand quality issues and how to solve them at root
level.
To continuously monitor quality through supervisors and prepare daily reports of quality check.
To check critical quality check as per customer specification.
To handle manpower efficiently
To monitor line checkers work

Required Competencies
Technical Knowledge about FIBC
Candidates should able to give training to its team on technical specification of bags.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems.
Demonstrate personal time management skills.
Set the example by actively contributing to department and company goals.
