Job Description

To open fresh advance authorization to get the approval from Management and do the follow-up till get the advance authorization. (New License get from the DGFT and Import and Export procedure has to be done within 15 days from the date of receipt of the License)
License wise monitoring Import and export transaction and update the status on the weekly basis to the Management (Every Tuesday Licenses import and export status report send the management)
The documents to be prepared for amendment / Extension of advance authorization if required.( Amendment / Extension will get from the DGFT for 7 working days from the date of submission)
The documents to be prepared and submit to the DGFT to close the Advance Authorization (within 30 days from the final export shipment / Import consignment ( subject to the Export Realization )
Export under Payment IGST - Update in GSTR 1 (11th of Month every month and follow-up)
Scrutiny with GST Returns and other Related Issues (20th of Every Mont)
Purchase of plastic Granules under Advance Authorization
Sound knowledge of customs and custom clearing process under Advance Authorizations
Proficient knowledge of HSN code and implication of the same, Import on record (IOR) and custom terminologies
Hands on knowledge of customs valuations (inclusion and exclusion in assessable value for customs.
