Job Description

Digital Marketing
Handling end to end communication with the customers for existing as well as for new projects
Exploring new business through emails / phone calls
Understand client business requirement and offer solutions and support; answer queries of clients
Prepare analytics and reports for review
Active follow up with clients through mail and calls
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained and new business is generated
