Job Description

We are looking for Commercial Manager.

1.Purchase Support : Open OA’s Review and Material Requirement Planning, Raising Indent for Procurement and get those approved from Site Manager. Procurement of Less than 10K Value Orders, Material Follow-up with suppliers. Payment Follow-up with Accounts for bottleneck to supplies.

2.Sales Execution : Dispatch Planning, Transportation Arrangements. Transportation Activities, Barcoding, Invoicing, L/R Management,.

3.Material Management : Govern Receipt, Issue, Storage, Movements, Scrap Disposal within and Inter-plant locations for Goods and Services including Spares. Handle and Report Sales Returns, Decide and manage Inventory Levels (Safety, Reorder, Min, Max Emergency etc.), Periodic Review.
4.Process Management : Inventory Classification, Stock Accuracy, FIFO Management, ABC Analysis, Stock Valuation and Reporting. recycling and waste management.

5.Commercial Activities : Slow and Non Moving Liquidation and prevention assistance (SLOB), Manage Inventory Levels, Subcontracting (OSP), RM and FG Stores Management, Document Generation and Retention's like GRN, Sales Invoice, Challans, E-Way Bills, Material Movement Records, Freight Bills, LR, Balance between Desk Work and Physical SCM Activities.

6.Safety and Compliance : Vehicle Safety Adherence, Contractor Safety Adherence, Loading- Unloading Safety, Material Handling Safety, Vehicle Inspection. 100% Compliance to Company Manual, Follow Standard Operating Processes (SOP’s), Segregation of Duty (Maker, Checker concept, 4 Eye Principle etc), Delegation of Authority (Making Decision only within Allowed Limits), Management Information Systems (MIS), Deviation Reporting and escalations to GM procurement and Supply Chain in Corporate Office. Inventory Verification and 100% match with ERP v/s physical stock.

7.CFT Coordination & Team Management: Coordinate with Cross Functions Like, Purchase, Sales, Quality, Production, Planning, HR, Safety, Accounts, Audit for daily activities and as and when required, Work Assignments to team members, Training to staff and workers, Develop self and team competencies in SCM Operations,

Continues Improvements : 5S Implementation in warehouse and SCM office, TPM in Material Handling tools (Trolly, Cranes) and office Assets (AC, Printer, Laptop), Barcoding, ERP Initiatives, MRP Initiatives, Power BI Reporting support, Vigilance in Inventory Verification's, Execute sustainable procurement Initiatives
