At least 1-2 years of work experience in recruitment.
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Design and update job descriptions.
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator.
Source potential candidates from various online Portals & employee referrals.
Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Administering appropriate company assessments.
Performing reference and background checks.
Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
Following up on the interview process status.
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Completing timely reports on employment activity.
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.

Improvement in daily operation by way of system implementation (this can be measured / analyzed yearly on the basis of annual improvement e.g. Client Satisfaction, Internal as well as external customer satisfaction, bench marking etc)
