Job Description

Role qualifications:
Experience in Polycarbonat, PET sheet extrusion systems, We operate Breyer, 2,000 kg/hr lines. Candidate should have spent minimum 2 years on similar sheet extrusion lines

He will be responsible to Set-up process and operate the equipment for production runs. He will lead, train, coach, and develop others on the shift.


Position Responsibilities:
Work safely at all times, comply with all Personal Protection Equipment guidelines
Sheet Line operators perform necessary changeovers, process checks, and quality checks to safely produce extruded plastic sheet
Responsible for recording all process parameters during production run
Assists with basic Maintenance tasks as assigned
Completes 5S tasks and checklists as assigned
Employee may be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Essential skills and experience:
Strong mechanical skills
Able to work independently through entire process
Read, write, and communicate in English
Communicate via verbal and written technical information like pressures, temperatures, dimensions, materials, and other specifications
Maintain basic set of tools: tape measure, utility knife, safety shoes, flashlight, etc.
Read a micrometer, tape measure, and other instruments
Follow written and verbal instructions
Read and understand written Standardized Work Instruction Sheets
Possess current AZP forklift certification, or be willing to attend training
