Job Description

Process FIBC Assembly

Shop floor line production planning & implementation.
To organize Input in coordination with planning & logistic department as per monthly production targets
To take care of per kg manpower utilization as per approved man-days provided by HR department To prepare daily production reports, cutting & wastage reports.
To manufacture bags as per customer specification with acceptable quality.
To create positive working environment. & encourage team work.
To train employees as per their development needs. And upgrade skills of workers.
To co-ordinate with floor supervisors & quality supervisor.
To manage and motivate contractor and look after him
To ensure safety and housekeeping
To ensure work is completed in given time frame

Required Competencies
Minimum 5 years of experience in same manufacturing environment preferred.
Technical Knowledge about FIBC.
Candidates must be Bsc/Msc/BE or Diploma Engineer.
Candidates must know production planning and manpower handling.
Candidate should be smart and articulate with good presentation skill
Candidates should able to give training to its team on technical specification of bags.
Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
