Job Description

Experience of Blown Film, Non Woven Industry Quality and PP/PE Cast Film Industry Quality or Production Department

Visiting customers for any type of customer services related to Product Development, Customer Complaint, Product Validation
Interaction with customers to understand their pain points and communicating to Tatva Team Members so as to find the solutions.
Act as a bridge between Customer in Tatva Product Development Team
Guiding Tatva Team on minute aspects related to processing at customer end
Trouble shooting in case of complaints or issues
