Job Description

Handle Daily Injection Molding Production Run Smoothly as per Machine Targets
Focus on Reduced Machine Downtime for getting Max. Production Daily
Take initiative to Make and complete all finalised Running Mold Process Settings in Charts & Sign them
Verify that all Running Molds are running as per Process Parameter Charts on Injection Molding Machine
Keep an eye on Molding machine behaviour and inform any abnormalities to Senior Engr for Action
Keep Vigilance on Injection Molds and inform Senior Engr with details for any Mold work to do
Follow Daily Production Planning as per the Plan and inform if any Issue to Sr Engr
Conduct New and Old Mold Trials as mentioned on Shopfloor Softboard & Inform results to Sr Engr with Samples & Report
Make and give Mold Offload report with detailed Cavity problems mentioned in it to the Toolroom Incharge with concerned Signs
Reduce rejections and maintain good production quality in each shift
Maintain Hygiene, Housekeeping, Safety on the Shopfloor regularly
