Job Description

We are looking for a Plant Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes Responsible for

plant production rotation,
quality inspection,
optimization of resources,manpower management,
store management,material receiving & dispatches.
minimizing unnecessary costs develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
Ensuring documentation / reports completion of every operator
Reporting problems & providing solution and guidance
Maximizing the use of consumables
Ensuring safe practices in all levels of working
Material verification
Quality & drawing inspection of production material
Loading/unloading of all materials
Ensuring housekeeping
Manpower allocation
Assisting breakdown in priority basis
Submitting required reports.
Commit to plant safety procedure
Monitoring periodic maintenance of plant

Experience-5 years in Plastic Industry (with Extruder and Injection moulding machine)

Kabra m/c- extrusion - 2 nos
Feromatik milecron - inj mc- 5 nos
Total manpower - 40-50 nos
