Job Description

Colour matching against the party sample - Exp in Masterbatches / Lab / Colour Matching
Responsible for sample testing in Lab/ Visit to customer place for any query related match in colours
New Product Development
Quality check of new incoming raw material.
COLOUR MATCHING ON LINE PRODUCTS
Expertise in polymer material selection & application development.
Trouble shootings of moulding product & process, and failure analysis of polymeric products.
Controlling quality defect manually with the help of visual inspection
To develop new compounds as per customer requirement.
Reducing the quality problem with subsequent improvement.
Checking failure production sheet and observing the problem.
COMPLAINT HANDLING:
Conducting trials to observe and verify the problem at customer end.
Finding out the route cause at our end. Implementation of new methods to reduce the repeatability of the complaint.Coordination with the marketing team.
Reuse raw material and dump finished product.
