Job Description

We are looking for Sales Coordinator.

He will be responsible for
Generating Leads
Converting prospects into commercial clients
Coordinate and get trials conducted
Forward customer query to concerned head for technical or commercial related query
Achieve Monthly Sales Target
Ensure payment 100% collection by month end
Coordinate with Marketing Executives for daily sales activity
Checking daily sales report
Taking follow up and ensure monthly sales target is achieved
Providing assistance to close sales as required
Generating and updating reports on daily as well as monthly basis as required
To close entire sales cycle
Updating Invoices Details
Updating Sales Log Book
Preparing and Sending Proforma Invoice,
Quotation and Company’s Profile to the customer
Sending dispatch details to the customer
Preparing Monthly Sales Analysis
Report(executive wise)
Updating Client List
Forwarding technical query or developments required to R&D as per customer request
Ensuring all technical complaints are addressed and clients are updated on the status

Qualification- B.tech/ M.Tech (Plastic or Polymer)/ Diploma in Plastics.
