Job Description

We are looking for Senior Operator- Flexographic Printing (4/6 COLOUR).

He will be responsible for -
1.Operate the printing machine and execute high quality and accurate printing on film rolls as per stated requirements.
2.Maintain high health and safety standards at all time.
3.Be involved in the production planning process and provide insights to optimize the plan. Also ensure sufficient materials are available for current and future manufacturing orders.
4.Perform quality testing and ensure product is within customer specifications.
5.Should prepare the machine for printing, including filling ink and calibrating the machine.
6.Ability to troubleshoot any issues that might arise during printing and resolve it.
7.Required to have some basic chemical knowledge about the inks and reducers for diluting the inks.
8.Should have the ability to execute 4-color printing work.
9.Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
10.Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
11.Occasional overtime would be needed for critical situations.
12.Physical work with regard to production and material movement would be needed.

1.We are looking for the successful candidate to be driven, enthusiastic, hardworking and able to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision.
2.Diploma/UG in Printing or other related courses.
3.2 to 3 years’ experience in operation flexographic printing machines would be ideal.
4.Basic Computer skills.
5.Good written and oral communication skills in ENGLISH.
