Job Description

We are looking for Senior Production Manager for woven sack industry.

Reporting to: Plant Head & Management

Managing Planning related activities across all plants.
Scrutinizing Sales Orders and Plan Input requirements (fabric / lamination / liners etc) production specifications.
Line plan preparation for PP Woven Sack production.
Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
Conduct daily meetings with loom production / bag production / QC team to keep track of production schedules.
Ensure that Inventory (fabric rolls / Finished Goods) are as per company norms.
Co-ordinate with logistics for container calling and material transfers inter unit.
Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to Sr. Authorities.
Day to day loom planning.
Balancing of looms as per plant capacity (6-shuttle/8-shuttle/sulzer) & convey to marketing & Sr. Management for shortfall.
To ensure all urgencies are followed properly by production departments.
To communicate with the marketing on a day to day basis & ensure all approvals are taken on time.
Forecast & projection of production & loom production & communicate to marketing well in advance.
Ensure all machines factories occupied with enough orders & convey to marketing & Sr. Management for shortfall.
Co-ordinate with purchase team for buying required items.

He should having knowledge of Looms & Finishing of Bags.

Qualifications and skills: Must be computer literate and must have sound knowledge of PP Woven Sack Industry and Production
