Job Description

Software skills: NX/AutoCAD/MS office
Languages: English, Tamil &/or Kannada, Hindi (optional/additional)
Verifying/studying sign off design received from the customer.
Tool Design review and check with Design head / HOD Tool Making for necessary tool mechanical functioning modifications required if any.
Check complete/total BOMs received from design department.
Follow up with HOD for all standard/tool supporting elements, polymers/MB for trials, Mould base, HRS
Coordinating/follow up with manufacturing team and monitoring all related activities for his project.
Ensuring all inserts are being made as per schedule
And at every stage, confirming that all inserts are passing through steel inspection QC
Coordinating with QC team and make it sure all inserts dimensions are within specs.
Follow up with HOD for verifying Mould base, HRS system and mould supporting / standard elements arrival timely.
Assembling the tool/metal matching activity.
Move tool for trials and witnessing trials,
Understanding from trial result, debugging/ECN skills after T ‘0’,
Once tool is cleared / validated/approved, prepare/pack properly as per protocol/SOP set.
At least Diploma in Mechanical Eng. / Tool making or from CIPET/NTTF/GTTE
Familiar with HRS system tools
Software skills: NX/AutoCAD/MS office
Languages: English, Tamil &/or Kannada, Hindi (optional/additional)

One from packaging items tool making.
Another from electronic / electrical parts/items tools making
