Job Description

We are looking for Sales & Marketing Manager.

He will be responsible-
To manage sales & marketing operations.
To achieve set revenue targets on monthly basis.
Maintaining Customer relations by prioritizing and arranging monthly meetings.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
New Customer Development is a strong need.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team, Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Plastic Injection Molding Products Blow Molded Products, Flexible Packaging products, Candidates with experience in Plastic Manufacturing will be preferred.
Managing business development activities entailing mapping of new market segments.- Own and achieve annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
Develop a Sales plan/ forecast, expense budget with corresponding initiatives to achieve the numbers/ desired gross margins.

Fresh candidates from IIP background will also be preferred with appropriate salary bracket.
