Maintain ISO & BRC related all documents.

•Coordinates with other departments concern in maintaining product quality and new product development
•Organizing Manpower, raw materials and other resources efficiently to meet the day's producing targets
•Monitoring, Investigating and troubleshooting the problems related to CPP film and machines such as extrusion system, dosing system, blowers, filters, Heat ex-changers, Hydraulic and pneumatic systems, Winder etc.
•Prepares and submits main line production report, material consumption reports and recycle plant operation report.
•Coordinating with planning, offline and dispatch for resources utilization...
•Training and orienting and motivating newly hires team members..
•Analysis of data through SQC.
•Maintain the Inventory Level as less as possible.
1.Maximum output with maintains quality during production.
2.Involvement in developing new types of recently used CPP films (e.g., for Sandwich Lamination, Extrusion lamination metalized film, Anti-fog, Over-wrap, Label, Ultra High Barrier etc.)
3.To select/Develop the suitable Raw material to produce the film as the Customer requirement.
4.To assure quality during production.
5.Ensuring conforming and non-conforming material.
6.To push hard for the proper housekeeping and cleanliness of shop floor area.
