Roles and Responsibilities-:
Heading a team of highly skilled maintenance operators
Responsible for all utility (Power, DGs, Steam, Air, Water etc.) operations and maintenance
Responsible for monitoring, supervising and coordinating the maintenance of electrical controls and equipment
Perform responsibilities of conducting corrective and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and their controls
Handle responsibilities of assisting electrical maintenance engineer in developing the guidelines and procedures of preventive maintenance
Responsible for handling equipments like, Gearboxes, Pumps, Cooling Towers, belt conveyers etc.
Spare parts management and store inventory control.
Additional responsibility of monitoring inventory of high moving items in Engineering store and raise P.R. for them

Flask less koyo moulding machine:-
(Made in Japan). The machine is fully automated with Mitsubishi plc having two mod of operation auto and manual mode, also machine operation controlled by servo system, this machine uses inductive type sensor as position sensor and mechanical limit switches. machine uses hydraulic and pneumatic pressure for its operation and it having screen touch HMI.

This machine is a semi auto machine some part of machine operated automatically some part needed manual control. this machine having servo motor, limit switches Mitsubishi plc, speed monitor
