Using diagnostic equipment for failure analysis & to resolve the issues in the assembly. Acknowledgement of customer complaints With-in 08 hours. (Excel sheet to be maintained for each complaint received and when responded.) Visit to sites / plants With-in 08 hours. Service report needs to be made.
