2D Inputs from the customers in different formats like print outs, Auto CAD files, for this we have to create 3D modeling for all parts using PRO-E as per company standards and drafting has been done to each part, Drawing has been released, 3d model have been given to CNC group. Creating modeling, drafting, assembling, sheet metal and core cavity extraction & 3D mold base using PRO-E, OSDM softwares. Data extraction from the parts by using measurement tools, modeling the tools, modeling. The component and finally assembly them. Verifying the model and checking (If any undercuts & complicated profiles). Creating the mold concept design for internal review. (Parting line, cooling and Feeding System). Exploded views for the machine according to the assembly based.

Description : This mold consists of a 90 parts, from customer side we will get 2D drawings, and we have to convert these drawings in to 3D.Including mold base and core cavity extraction.Thease 3D drawings are send to the Tool Room for manfucturing. Application of this mold is, it is used for fuel consumption in the cars. Following with company standards with GD&T
Project : Tele Phone plug housing (Jack Nose)
Software used : PRO-E (wild fire 2.0), AutoCAD.

Description : This mold consists of 130 parts; it is an 8 cavity side core split mold. From customer side we will get 2D drawings, and we have to convert these drawings in to 3D.Including mold base and core cavity extraction.Thease 3D drawings are send to the Tool Room for manfucturing.Application of this mold is, it is used for land phones. It translates the voice to receiver. Following with company standards with GD&T.
Project : Design of progressive die for Rast-5 connector terminal.
Software used : OSDM, PRO-E (wild fire 2.0)
Component material: Copper.
Description : Design of progressive die involving piercing, coining, parting off. Modeling, preparation of manufacturing drawings. Drawings are sent to the tool room for manufacturing. Following with company standards with GD&T.
Project : Housing Insertion Fixture (Alarm Harness)
Software used : OSDM, AutoCAD

Description : This fixture consists of 70 parts. Basically this fixture is used for insertion of the housings in the terminals, it consists major two parts one is roller, and another one is Insertion bar, before it was taking to load 10 housings 40 to 50 seconds, after making of this fixture now it was taking 5 to 10 seconds.
Project : Battery connector mold (DC Jack)
Software used : PRO-E (wild fire 2.0), AutoCAD
Component material: PC
Description : This mold consists of 113 parts. It is a two cavity side core split mold. In this mold we provided blade ejection, because of rib thickness is very less. From the client we will get 2d drawings in Auto CAD format. For all the components 3D modeling has been done using PRO-E. Assembly and detail drawing will be done as per our company standard with GD&T and the drawings will be released for Tool room. Coordination with manufacturing unit.
