Have knowledge of operation of Solventbase / Solventless Lamination Machine(Nordmeccanicas machine & Raulimex Machine) Slitting, Hotmelt & doctoring machines. Even
have much knowledge of its materials used in these machines.
Have knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2005, BRC IoP Certification, HACCP, Safety, 5s,GMP, TPM, TQM.
Have to be present during the start of machine and give clearance if the material sample is seems ok. Even ensuring work is done with SOP.
Maintaining good channels of communication between production team. Even providing relevant information to seniors and managers.
Resolving in-process issue and guide technician accordingly.
Making sure that all machine & production equipment is properly serviced and maintain.
Analyzing in production to reducing costs and give benefits to firm.
Making sure there is enough material availability near shop floor for smooth production.
Ensuring availability of raw material in stock as per production planning.
Preparing shift wise report and recording all relevant informations in log book/ Setup book.
Ensuring shift wise productivity as per production planning with low wastage.
Making sure the products are to the highest grade and production standards.
Making sure that paperwork is in place for audits.
Managing daily shift schedule of technicians.
Time to time giving training to technician.
Ensuring Safety work atmosphere and ensuring safety equipment are well in use.
Developing new jobs by taking trials and record the parameter for future run
