Description : The objective of this project was to study extrusion of polymers like PP, HDPE, LDPE, and NYLONetc, to get hands-on experience on the extrusion machinery, to observe & study various testing techniques, to understand quality & implement quality techniques like TQM & Kaizen.

Project 2:
Client : Kaygee Foam Pvt Ltd, Bhosari, Pune.
Project Title : Polyurethane Filled system
Duration : 6 months (Jan 2009to June 2009)
Description : Testing of Polyurethane filled system (Fly ash as additive) with respect to compression test, tensile test and Fire Extinguishing characteristics. The Project Attempts to visualize the changes with increasing concentration of low density fly ash & to analyse properties of Polyurethane Foam. Increase in fire resistance of polyurethane was observed by addition of fly-ash.

Project 3:
Client : Shree Diesel Services, Pirangut, Pune.
Project Title: Study & Analysis of Quality assurance & Implementation of revised SOP’s in Manufacturing of Diesel Gensets.
Duration: 2 months (1 June 2012 to 31 July 2012).
