Job Profile:
Inspection of Finished goods and in process Quality.
Well equipped knowledge in Top load tester, Torque tester, Bursting strength tester, Vacuum tester, Magna mike, Rapid I, ESCR.
Analysis the customer complaint and prepare CAPA & ensure implementation in concern area.
Handling the customer complaints, with using the analysis of 7QC TOOLS, 8D Methodology.
Reduce the internal PPM and quality complaints from supplier issues
Analysis of in-house rejection of mould shop, Lab Testing and take corrective action.
Preparing the FPIR (First Process Inspection Report) for the new projects.
Established plan for Process capability studies of new and running machine and Set up time reduction and analysis of Rejection.
Define the inspection standards & make the work instruction for every process (QCP, Visual Check Sheet and Process Parameter Sheet).
Responsible for inspection of new developments components and sorting out the problem &improving.
Preparation of Work instruction and Quality Alerts.
Coordinate with team for necessary 5S improvements.
Assuring the quality of products through implementation of SPC, KAIZEN.
