Presently working with a leading manufacturer of Plastic injection molded components & precision moulds. We have to design, anlysis and development of injection moulds. It is basically tool room and CNC Milling machine. We are manufactures of precession Gears, Engineering components, Machine parts, design of machining fixtures, jigs and plastic moulded components etc.
JOB PROFILE:
Design and drawing of the plastic injection moulds and dies using Pro/E 2001 and AUTO CAD 2000.
Design and development of Jigs and Fixtures for CNC Milling Machine.
In charge for maintenance of machinery like electrical, mechanical and hydraulic.
Handle the production planning and quality control.
Manufacture of the moulds and dies.
Working on machinery like milling machine, radial drilling machine, lathe, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, spark E.D.M., CNC Milling Machine.
