Extraction of component and build mould base for the component, 2d detailing of the all parts, electrode planning for the core and cavity ,electrode extraction, giving 2d and position drawing to shop floor. Interacting with the shop floor people.

Mould machining involves CNC operation like Turning , Milling, Sparking and Grinding polishing, Inspection of moulds with help of micro meter, caliper, three pin micro meter, bevel protector,vernier height guage, radius guage, filler gauge.
