Well versed with the design & special mechanisms.
Well versed in TOOL Planning.
Follow components trials, trouble shooting at trials.
Review the FPIR (First Piece Inspection Report) of the produced product and evaluate design changes as necessary to bring any out-of-spec dimensions within the tolerance. Also to generate the required programme for the same
At the final product/tool approval, finalize all documentation and update the tool drawings as required.
Schedule for Repair & its counter measures.
Planning and manufacturing of new products from trial stage until its final trial.
Maintaining progress chart for every product till its final trial, upgrading it weekly and reporting to manager (tool room) & unit head.
