Presently working with a leading company : Design Centre for Press Tools, Moulds, Jigs & Fixtures. Customers include General Motors, Tata Group, Mahindra, Eicher International Tractors Ltd., Sonalika, HAL (Koratpur) and TAFE etc.
Responsibilities:
To create 3D model of Dies (Press tools) including lower and upper insert, Punch Insert, Pad, Casting drawings and all auxiliary component of press tool dies.
To create 3D model of fixture.
Component drawing & their development as per requirement of their stages
Model inspection and preparing their Inspection Reports.
Complete detailing of the component as per client requirement, which includes all views for complete understanding, dimensioning, GDnT and annotations.
Planning & Modeling of Extraction of electrodes for complex shaped components of Pressure Die Casting.
Preparation of bill of materials for tools.
Releasing drawings to the tool room.

Responsibilities:
3D modeling of the 2D drawings that comes from costumer using Cad softwares (UNIGRAPHICS NX4).
Deciding the drafts & machining allowances on the model.
Extracts the cope pattern, drag pattern, core from the 3D model or imagine directly from the 2D drawings.
