Job Profile:
1. Inspection of all samples to be developed.
2. Making models of part which is under development
3. Develop Core and Cavity for required models.
4. Drafting and all models, which is required for development.
5. Maintain design documents as per ISO norms.

Training Project: Project on Choke Cover using CAD/CAM softwares
Description:
In this project I have made Choke Cover using IDEAS 11NX or PRO_E and UG NX3.
1st I have designed 3D model from 2D drawing and then its core and cavity is extracted by using multiple parting surfaces. After extracting core and cavity it was imported in UG where I was performed different manufacturing operations on it. By using dynamic verification I have checked the tool path. With the help of Post Process File I have converted cutter location file into tool location file and then this tool location file is exported to DNC computer, from where it is exported to the CNC milling center for manufacturing.
