August 2001 to till date : Maintenance Engineer
Presently working at a leading company, in Manufacturing of thermo plastic plastics injection moulded articles for Engineering products and house ware items.
This plant is set up with 12 injection moulding machines most of them are higher tonnage capacities and many anciallaries.The company is a major supplier for Indian Railways, Defence (Liners, bushes, Channels etc.), Godrej & Boyce (Refrigerator parts), Videocon International (TV Cabinets etc.) , Kenstar coolers (Cooler front, rear, tank etc.), Symphony coolers (Total plastic kit assembly with moulding), Samsonite luggages (Top & Bottom), Hindustan Lever. And it had it own products of Furniture and Houseware products (Chairs, Tables, Benches and Buckets, Baskets, Tubs, Bins, ect.)

Responsibilities :
• Incharge of the total maintenance activities in the plant. ( Incl. Machinery, utilities, anciallaries & plant ).
• Break down maintenance of injection moulding machines, anciallaries , utilities as per requirements.
• Planning and delegation of work to a team about 12 people.
• To prepare Preventive maintenance schedule for the month in co-ordination with production department.
• To monitor Break-down trend of the previous month & prepare an action plan for further improvements.
• Maintain all machineries and plant as per ISO systems and update documentation
• Preparing Energy consumption reports monthwise and take actions for reducing energy consumption.
