Job Duties:
Quality review & maintain the same of all the units assembled in the plant.
To maintain all the records of Testing, Inspection & Test-Certificates, Meters / Instruments Calibration.
To maintain the records of discrepancy of the related depts.
To deal with the Inspectors during inspection of the units.
Continuous updating the method of testing, modification in testing skills & measurements.
To guide Technicians in testing of the units & update their skill of testing & inspection.

Worked with Polyphase Motors: A Proprietorship, Small Scale Company. It manufactures Induction Motors unto 55kW and have repaired motors unto 90kW. The unit has developed more than one Thousand electrical & mechanical designs of Motor for various applications viz, Machine Tools, Textile Machinery, Plastics, Chemical Plants & Projects. The unit is also Defence approved. Many motors have been supplied for Warships & special Naval Projects.

To conduct special tests to be performed on motors & guide Jr. Engineer in testing of motors manufactured.
To inspect the incoming raw materials viz. copper wire, stampings, die-cast & fabricated rotors, fabricated items, casting, bearings, insulating materials, sleeves, shafts.
To maintain all the records of Testing, Inspection and Test Certificates of incoming materials.
Preparing QAP for approval, after being approved conduct the test accordingly & maintain record of the same.
To look after the Production, Planning and scheduling of the work.
Maintenance of the Electrical equipments viz. Testing Panel, Oven, Welding Machine, Wiring of Grinding Machine, etc.
