Achivements:
Modified the Relay logic system on Air Leak Testing Machine to PLC System using LG PLC for improving the Reliability and Speed.
Modified the LPDC Machines Die cooling system from 8 zones to 12 zones for reducing the Cycle time.
Implemented a Buzzer in Electrostatic Painting System for high voltage, to alert the booth operators.
Provided a Buzzer for Temperature in Heat treatment to gives the indication for temperature not to be in the specified range and burner fault.
Accomplished the soft water level control in water treatment plant to save the chemical and soft water consumption.
Achieved the ELC system for Energy consumption in LPDC machines.
Erection and commissioning of the paint line automated Electrostatic paint spray system, for saving the paint consumption.
Erection and Commissioning of the Borli X-Ray machine.
Amended the Air leak testing machine Exhaust system to increase the MTBF.
Electronic Sequence controller for Oven burner is modified to relay logic system to increase MTBF.
Heat treatment Door Lock pneumatic system is modified to reduce the MTTR.
Implemented the user friendly software for spares, indented items, RGP and motor list using Visual Basic 6.0.

Having undergone training on Siemens PLC in IGIAT.
