Complete care and technical know of all type of Extrusion Plants like:
Pipe Plant: Twin screw RPVC pipe plant, Single screw RPVC pipe plant, HDPE pipe plant SPVC tubing plant. Compounding Mixer & Coolers.
Woven sack tape plant (PP/HD), Lamination plant (LDPE/PP/EVA), Monolayer & Multilayer film plant.
Test the machine with Processing, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Design & Customer requirement point of view and given trial to the customer up to their processing and final product satisfaction at company site as well as customer site.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 related to procedure & documentation.
Continuously technical support to sales team.

As a part of my engineering I had taken industrial training of six month.
1. Rumi Plastics, Surendranagar Which is a leading manufacturer of injection moulding items like Automotive and Chemical box. etc. I had work on PLC based machine of Kruss-Muffi-360 & Dimag-560 as well as Aslam Maniklal 220. I have good knowledge of hydrauliccircuit reading and fault finding.
