Looking over Utilities section for entire plant. 
Random inspection of product for any defects, and suggests permanent solution to overcome defects.
Prepare quarterly and periodically maintenance of hydraulic power pack.
Verification and maintaining critical stocks in store, ordered if, required.
Charging of streamlines, repairing of traps and gate valves, PRV (pressure regulating valves).Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Steam Boilers (coal fired and wood fired boilers)
Floating tenders for machineries servicing, moulds reworks etc. & proper selection of the vendor through their reputed jobs and meeting the requirement to the service.

Achievements:
Replaced vita-valve and arranged FLOAT TRAP system for controlling flash steam loss.
Replaced PRV and arranged TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER for individual press of flap moulds and lab presses.
Replaced Piston pump system (vertical) and arranged VANE PUMP (horizontal) for more efficiency.
Replaced Centrifugal pump and Maga flow centrifugal pump (ksb) for higher pressure.
Mould servicing, repairing, remodeling maximum done in company itself.
Periodically all powerpack servicing and maintain required pressure.
