Online & offline maintenance activities: Preventive maintenance planning. Man power planning. Attending the problem related quality. Preparing budgeted requirement of spares consumption. Reduction in maintenance cost & down time
Manpower & maintenance planning: Monthly as well as yearly maintenance planning. Work related manning. Planning of spares assemblies requirement. Working on Materials Management module (SAP): Preparation of purchase requisition Authorizing purchase requisition.
Working on Plant Maintenance Module (SAP): Brake down analysis: To find out reason behind brake down to avoid in future. Down time analysis: -To reduces down time in next maintenance. Tripping analysis: - To takes corrective action during preventive maintenance Calculating spares life: -For planning next P.M. to avoid brake down. Total cost required during each preventive or major shutdown per machine. Sub assemblys movement history: -To identifies the repeatability of problems. Material requisition require for spares machine wise.
