Achievements and Responsibilities:
To attend break down of moulds in bench and machines.
To do dimensional corrections of new moulds.
To design and develop jigs and fixtures for the new projects.
To rectify old moulds so as to get good output from it.
To immediately analyze and come to a solution in the case of a major break down.
Kaizen Projects like machine nozzle protection, plastic material separation etc.
To assist in setting up of new production lines in the plant.
Implemented mould break down, development formats for written documentations.
Standardized MRM Data Sheets, MTBF formats, MTTR formats etc. in MS Excel to make the work simple and easy.
