NATURE OF WORK
1. Taking a close look on the model and sending directions for moulding
to customer. According to the customers feedback then we would start mould
design.
2. Importing parting line views of core side and cavity side from model, UG to
Autocad.
3. Starting mould design in Autocad by using required mechanism like
side cores, lifters, two plate, three plate etc.
4. Once assembly dwg finished then instructions are given to 3D programmer to
extract core and cavity, according to assembly dwg given.
5. Able to extract core and cavity in UG.
6. Issuing of detail drawings and material required for job to tool room.
