The trial to be done for the new samples without any defects like shrinkage, mixing of foreign particles, warpage, etc., according to the material and component’s aesthetic ratio.
If the problem still persists, the machine setting has to be changed.
Then the sample is to be inspected for quality according to the drawing dimension through the measuring instruments.
Then the first sample inspection report has to be made and submitted to the customer along with the new sample.
The fettling (removal of gate, burr & flash if found) process also to be done before dispatching to the customer.
