It is a plastic component used in auto air conditioning of vehicle such as Scorpio. The given input is component drawing consisting of various views. For the given views modeling is developed and its drafting is done. The complexities of the project lie in developing the curved features and maintain the equal thickness. As per assembly requirements and feasibility we have developed and modified the twisted connector pipes.

The project involves modeling of Selector fork 1st speed Shifter Component for VYbra Automotive Pvt.Ltd. Client has supplied 2D-layout and reference model.3D Modeling and Detailing of Selector fork 1st speed Component. Modeling was done taking all the dimensions from the 2D layout and remaining required dimensions from the reference model.

Many other parts of air bus 380A seating alignments had been converted from unparametric to parametric.
