Product Design & Development:
Conduct Design verification tests on the tooled up product.
Refine Design based on the inputs from the prototype testing.
Design of packing parts including packaging foams & Die cuts for Cartons.
Designing of plastic, rubber, sheet metal & decorative parts of CTV assembly.
Preparing Mock-ups & product presentation for new and development product.
Produce Mechanical outline drgs & artworks for labels & other product markings.
Generating part specifications & Prepare final design specifications in the form of 2D drgs.
Inspection & Quality:
Analysing & evaluating the parts for functional, dimensional & assembly fitment.
Preparing the detailed technical inspection reports of Mechanical components.
Qualify New fabricated parts & Assist primary vendor qualification.
BOM/Documentation:
Preparing bill of materials list, issuing ECNs & providing the input to the ERP team.
Release 3D and 2D data required for the production & tooling of the components.
Support Activities:
