Project#1: Micro Bus
Client: TATA MOTORS
Objective: This project involves conceptual design of front and rear ac taking into consideration the boundary conditions of fitting assembly with the existing components comes from Tata Motors.

Project#2: HVAC of Small car
Client: TATA MOTORS
Objective: This project includes reverse engg.and drafting the parts of HVAC of small car.

Project#3: Panel van heater system.
Client: TATA MOTORS
Objective: This project includes reverse engg. Of heater core assembly.

Project#4: HONDA – 2PS
Client: HONDA
Objective: Complete designing of hose pipe with its child components like NF UNION FLANGE O-RING END FITTING was done according to the requirement from 2-D drawing of customer. After designing of all components complete assembly was prepared.

Project#5: 207- ARMY AMBULANCE
Client: TATA MOTORS
Objective: In this project various fixtures was designed for the testing purpose. Completes modeling as well as 2-D was done according to the requirement of testing. These fixtures were made for the testing of A.C ASSY COMPRESSOR CONDENSOR as well as HEATER ASSY.

Project#6: SUMO-VICTA RHD
Client: TATA MOTORS
Objective: This project was all about new designing as well as modification work also. Designing of some links like BASE LINK LINK FOR DOOR for giving controlled movement to the components was done in it. Moreover it also includes the designing of FLAPS for directing the air control at different positions. Modification work was to modify CENTER DUCT FRONT DUCT their FLAPS UPPER & LOWER CASING according to the requirement. After that complete ASSEMBLY of all the parts was done & 2-D detailed drawing was released for the production purpose.

Project#7: TATA- 712 LHD
Client: TATA MOTORS
Objective: In this project there was designing of components like LINKS FOR FLAPS designing of PRESSURE VALVE design of FLAP-DUMPER according to customer requirement. Some reverse engineering work was also included for components like PRESUURE VALVE DUCTS FLAPS etc. in which complete 2-D with all detail views & proper cross sections was made from the components.

Project#8: Modeling of plastic switches connector levers and parts with inserts for automobiles
Client: Sandan Vikas India Ltd.
Objective: These projects belongs modeling from 2-D data or IGES file format data or step file data
